Qualified Contractors

The following contractors have been vetted and have met the below selection criteria:

  1. License. Contractors must hold an active California Contractors License (“B” or “C”) that is in good standing with no major violations or lawsuits in the past 5 years.

  2. Certificates of Insurance. Contractors will be required to meet minimum workers’ compensation and liability insurance of $1M.

  3. Construction Experience - The Applicant must have 5-years of residential construction experience of a minimum of 5 homes (specifically single-family homes) in the previous 5 years.

  4. Suppliers or Contractors Good Business Practices Record - Contractors must supply a minimum of three (3) references from vendors or suppliers whom they have had an established relationship with for a minimum of five (5) years.
